Our Process

Introduction

GearsWhile Evasiv's process is flexible in adjusting to customer and project needs, we generally go through five phases in the project life-cycle:

Discovery

Building the right solution requires a thorough understanding of your needs and all the project's implications. If you are not yet clear on the requirements in this phase, don't worry, we'll work with you in discovering the project's goals, scope, context, and its success metrics. We'll start from the big picture and drill down to the details which could make or break a project. Together with this analysis, we'll learn if it makes business sense to move on the next phase of the project, to make adjustments, or to cancel the project if sensible results could not be attained.

Design

Having discovered that it makes business sense to proceed with the project, we work with you in designing a solution which satisfies your requirements. This phase is iterative in nature. We generally interview identified stakeholders to have understanding of all concerns and requirements and come up with the best balanced solution. We then compare this solution with the project goals to make sure we have not lost sight of the big picture and make adjustments as necessary. In the end of this phase we should have a designed solution which is ready to be built.

Development

Our engineers have most of the fun in this phase. Having all the requirements from the preceding project phases, the nuts and bolts are put together by our customer-focused engineering staff. While this generally does not require a lot of feedback from you, we do split this work up in sub-phases with deliverables which could be demoed by you should you want request a sneak peek. These sub-phases also permit us to solicit more feedback from you should we run into unforeseen decision-making opportunities. This allows us to be agile all while keeping the project moving to completion.

Deployment

After thorough testing, numerous project demonstrations, and of course your approval, we are ready to go live! Our process in this phase is focused on a successful launch with continued monitoring of the success metrics. Our work is not complete until you are satisfied with the results.

Review

Evasiv is always looking to improve the customer experience and your input in this phase is invaluable. Together we review the project from inception to completion, keen on learning from our partnership with you. We want to know what we could have done better and which experiences you valued the most. Nothing is more important to us than total customer satisfaction and this is just one critical step in improving our business so that we may better serve you in the future.
